The Easiest Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Brooklyn Park
Stpaulpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, it doesn't operate routes, and it doesn't send out motorcoaches. What it does is make comparing group transportation options genuinely easy — in a way that calling five different companies one at a time never is.
Fill out one quick form or call 612-661-1670 any time, any day. From there, you can see pricing and vehicle options from a large network of bus companies serving Brooklyn Park, the greater Twin Cities metro, and everywhere in between. You compare party buses, minibuses, charter buses, and Sprinter vans side by side — different sizes, different amenities, different price points — without describing your trip over and over to different offices.
No account required. No obligation. Pricing in about a minute.
That's the whole idea: put the options in front of you fast, so you can stop researching and start planning. Whether you need a 15-passenger party bus for a birthday night or a 56-passenger charter bus for a company event, Stpaulpartybuscompany.com connects you to what's available for your date and headcount without the runaround.

Common Brooklyn Park Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
The right bus depends entirely on what your group needs on the ride. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — built for groups that want the celebration to start the moment everyone steps on board. A minibus is the smarter pick for corporate shuttles and wedding guest runs between hotels and venues, with reclining seats, strong A/C, and the maneuverability to navigate Brooklyn Park's tighter surface streets and parking lots.
For large groups heading to a Vikings game at U.S. Bank Stadium or a multi-day event downtown, a full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — so the group doesn't need to stop every hour on the way back from a late game. Amenities vary by vehicle, and the comparison tool on this site lets you filter by what matters most for your trip. Call 612-661-1670 for help matching the right size and setup to your itinerary.

Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. Compare Brooklyn Park Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Brooklyn Park party bus rental prices move with vehicle size, the day of the week, how many hours you need, and how far out from peak season you're booking. As a planning baseline: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends, a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends, and a charter bus runs around $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates for a charter bus land between $1,350 and $2,850 depending on the vehicle and the date.
Those are planning ranges — your actual quote depends on your specific date, headcount, and itinerary. The fastest way to get a real number is to fill out the quick form online or call 612-661-1670. You could have pricing for your trip in about a minute.

Find the Right Brooklyn Park Party Bus in Minutes
The problem with booking group transportation the traditional way is the process itself. You search for companies, call during business hours, explain your trip from scratch each time, wait on callbacks, and end up with quotes that don't quite match because every company structured their pricing differently. By the time you've done that four times, half your afternoon is gone and you're still not booked.
Stpaulpartybuscompany.com replaces all of that with one form. You enter your date, headcount, and pickup and drop-off — and you can compare vehicles and pricing from a large network of bus companies serving Brooklyn Park and the Twin Cities without repeating yourself once. The tool works any time of day.
There's no account to create, no obligation to book, and pricing comes back in about a minute.
And if you'd rather talk through your options — especially if you have a complex itinerary, a large group, or you're not sure what size bus fits — the phone line at 612-661-1670 is available every day of the year. A support team can walk you through vehicle options, help you think through the logistics, and put together a package that fits your group and your budget. That's the whole point: compare more, stress less, and get on the right bus.

Brooklyn Park Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) sits about 22 miles southeast of Brooklyn Park via I-694 and I-494 — a route that runs smoothly on a Tuesday afternoon and turns into a genuine slog during rush hour or bad weather. For groups flying in for a corporate event, a wedding weekend, or a multi-day conference, trying to coordinate a dozen people across separate rideshares from Terminal 1-Lindbergh or Terminal 2-Humphrey is where plans start falling apart.
A Brooklyn Park airport shuttle bus keeps the whole group on one vehicle, picks everyone up curbside at the agreed arrivals door, and handles the I-494 corridor without anyone scrambling for a last-minute rideshare. Have your group gather with luggage before calling for the bus — commercial vehicles load from the designated Ground Transportation areas at each terminal, and timing coordination at MSP works best when the group is already together. For a full breakdown of MSP shuttle logistics from the Twin Cities metro, the MSP airport shuttle guide covers the details.

Brooklyn Park Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Brooklyn Park bachelorette night that stays entirely in the suburbs is a rare thing — most groups want to hit Minneapolis's bar and restaurant corridors, which means navigating downtown parking on a Friday or Saturday night. The North Loop, Warehouse District, and Uptown neighborhoods are all 25–35 minutes from Brooklyn Park and are some of the most sought-after nightlife destinations in the metro, but street parking in those areas disappears by 8pm on weekends and rideshare demand spikes after midnight.
A Brooklyn Park bachelorette party bus rental solves the whole logistics puzzle: one pickup at the house or hotel, a circuit through the night's stops, and a direct ride back when the last bar closes — no one stuck waiting 40 minutes for a rideshare surge at 1am. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound seating makes the ride itself part of the celebration. Call 612-661-1670 to lock in your date.

Brooklyn Park Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Brooklyn Park has a genuinely large and diverse community, and the area hosts milestone celebrations year-round that call for a vehicle that matches the occasion. For a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, a party bus arrival at a reception venue is one of the most memorable moments of the evening, and it keeps the whole group — family, friends, and the guest of honor — together from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
A birthday or quinceañera party bus seating 15 to 50 passengers can shuttle guests between homes, a reception hall, and a dinner venue without anyone getting lost or arriving late. For adult milestone birthdays heading to a rooftop bar in the North Loop or a late dinner at a Minneapolis restaurant, a party bus removes the logistics headache entirely. Check availability for your date by calling 612-661-1670 or using the online quote tool — no account needed.

Brooklyn Park Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the Twin Cities' biggest concert venues are 20–35 minutes from Brooklyn Park — close enough to be convenient, far enough that parking becomes the deciding factor in how good the night actually goes. Target Center (600 1st Ave N, Minneapolis) hosts arena-level touring acts year-round, and its surface lot and ramp options in the North Loop fill up fast on sold-out nights, with ramp rates pushing $30–$40 on major event evenings. Grand Casino Arena (formerly Xcel Energy Center) in St. Paul — just across the river — is another 30 minutes east and draws massive crowds for concerts, with the parking and drop-off situation at Xcel worth reading before your visit.
A Brooklyn Park concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and picks everyone up at a set time after the show — no hunting for the car in a dark ramp at midnight, no surge pricing on the way home. For outdoor summer shows at Armory Minneapolis or festival events at The Depot, a party bus with a solid sound system keeps the energy up the whole way there. Call 612-661-1670 for pricing on a Brooklyn Park concert bus rental.

Brooklyn Park Corporate Event Transportation
Brooklyn Park is home to a dense stretch of corporate campuses along Highway 169 and I-694, and it sits close to major regional employers, including Caribou Coffee's headquarters in neighboring Brooklyn Center and Osseo Area Schools' administrative offices in nearby Maple Grove. When companies in the area need to shuttle employees to a downtown Minneapolis conference, a team-building event in the suburbs, or a multi-site corporate gathering across the metro, coordinating a fleet of personal vehicles across the 494/694 interchange at rush hour is never the answer.
A Brooklyn Park corporate charter bus keeps the whole team on one vehicle, eliminates parking costs at downtown Minneapolis venues — ramps near the Minneapolis Convention Center (1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis) run $25–$40 per vehicle on event days — and lets employees use the ride productively instead of navigating I-94. A minibus is the right pick for smaller executive groups; a full charter bus handles large all-hands moves between sites. Call 612-661-1670 to put together a corporate shuttle package for your Brooklyn Park team.

Brooklyn Park Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, graduation parties, block party shuttles — Brooklyn Park generates a steady calendar of private group events that need transportation across the metro. The Minnesota State Fair at the State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights (1265 Snelling Ave N, St. Paul) draws 2 million visitors over its 12-day run in late August and early September, and driving yourself means competing for parking that fills by 9am on weekend mornings and costs $20–$30 in nearby lots.
A private party bus from Brooklyn Park to the State Fair drops your group near the main gates and picks everyone up at the agreed time — no lot hunting, no caravan coordination across Highway 36. For the full State Fair transportation breakdown, including drop-off points and what to expect on peak days, that guide covers it in detail. For private events at venues across the metro, call 612-661-1670 to compare vehicles and get pricing for your date.

Brooklyn Park Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Brooklyn Park is served by Osseo Senior High and Park Center Senior High, and both feed into the same spring prom window — late April through mid-May — when demand for party buses across the northwest metro spikes hard. In that window, popular vehicles book out weeks in advance, and groups that wait until March are often looking at premium pricing or reduced availability on their specific date.
For prom: book by January. That's the window that locks in the best pricing and gives your group first pick of vehicle size and amenities. A Brooklyn Park prom party bus keeps the group together, sets a clear pickup and drop-off plan, and takes the coordination pressure off parents.
For homecoming in the fall, lead time of 4–6 weeks is usually enough — but the earlier the better. Call 612-661-1670 as soon as your date is set.

Brooklyn Park School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Schools in Brooklyn Park regularly move students to destinations across the Twin Cities metro — the Science Museum of Minnesota (120 W Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul), the Minnesota Zoo (13000 Zoo Blvd, Apple Valley), and the Minneapolis Institute of Art (2525 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis) are all within 45 minutes and are regular field trip destinations. Coordinating that many students across a school bus fleet is one thing; a charter bus with overhead storage, climate control, and onboard restrooms makes a long day considerably smoother for chaperones and students alike.
For longer trips — overnight travel for student groups, athletic team travel to regional tournaments, or college visits across Minnesota — a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays keeps all the gear organized and the group together. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; just mention the requirement when you request your quote. Call 612-661-1670 to get started on a Brooklyn Park school event bus rental.

Brooklyn Park Sporting Event Transportation
Minnesota Vikings games at U.S. Bank Stadium (401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis) are the single biggest group transportation trigger in the metro, and for Brooklyn Park fans, the logistics math is straightforward: the drive down I-94 is fine until everyone else is doing it too. On game days, ramps near the stadium fill before kickoff and surface lots in the surrounding blocks are almost entirely gone by noon for a 1pm game, with rates running $30–$50 at the closest options.
A Brooklyn Park charter bus to a Vikings game keeps the whole group together, drops the group steps from the stadium gates, and eliminates the post-game scramble in a ramp that takes 45 minutes to empty. For Minnesota Twins games at Target Field (1 Twins Way, Minneapolis) or Wild games at Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul, the same logic applies — and a sporting event party bus from Brooklyn Park is available for all of them. The Grand Casino Arena bus rental guide covers the St. Paul arena specifically.
Call 612-661-1670 to get pricing for your game day group.

Brooklyn Park Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Brooklyn Park and the northwest metro have no shortage of wedding venues — Edinburgh USA Golf Course (8700 Edinbrook Crossing, Brooklyn Park), Edinborough Park in Edina, and The Depot in Minneapolis all draw wedding weekends from communities across Hennepin County. The challenge is always the same: your guests are spread across three different hotel blocks, the ceremony is on one side of the metro, and the reception is on the other. A caravan plan sounds reasonable until someone misses a turn on I-694 and shows up 20 minutes late to cocktail hour.
A Brooklyn Park wedding shuttle runs a timed circuit — hotel to ceremony, ceremony to venue, venue back to hotel at the end of the night — so guests aren't stranded and the couple isn't fielding "where do I park?" texts during portraits. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works perfectly for bridal party transportation between venues; a minibus or charter bus handles guest shuttles for larger weddings. Call 612-661-1670 to put together a wedding transportation package for your date.

Brooklyn Park Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Twin Cities metro has a growing craft brewery scene, and some of the best stops are a straight shot from Brooklyn Park. Invictus Brewing Company (7270 Commerce Cir E, Fridley) is about 15 minutes east, and the broader Minneapolis brewery corridor — Indeed Brewing (711 NE Quincy St), Surly Brewing (520 Malcolm Ave SE), and Bauhaus Brew Labs (1315 Tyler St NE) — is within 30 minutes on a clear day. Minnesota also has a handful of wineries and cideries within day-trip distance, including Carlos Creek Winery (6693 County Road 34 NW, Alexandria), about two hours northwest, for groups willing to make a day of it.
A Brooklyn Park winery tour and pub crawl bus rental keeps the group together across every stop, eliminates the designated driver conversation entirely, and makes the ride between taprooms part of the evening rather than a logistics problem. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the right fit for most crawl groups. Call 612-661-1670 to get pricing for your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Brooklyn Park Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Stpaulpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Stpaulpartybuscompany.com?
Stpaulpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It's not a bus company and it doesn't own any vehicles — it's a tool that lets you compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from a large network of bus companies serving Brooklyn Park and the Twin Cities metro, all through one form or one phone call. You see options and pricing side by side without calling multiple companies separately.
How does Stpaulpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form, or call 612-661-1670 any time. You'll be able to compare vehicle options and pricing from bus companies serving your area without creating an account or committing to anything. It takes about a minute to get started, and a support team is available every day of the year if you'd rather talk through your options first.
How much does a party bus cost in Brooklyn Park?
Brooklyn Park party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, day of the week, and how many hours you need. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus typically run $275–$375; a minibus runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour. Those are planning ranges — your actual quote depends on your specific date and itinerary.
Fill out the online form or call 612-661-1670 and you could have real pricing for your trip in about a minute.
What's the right bus size for my Brooklyn Park group?
A minibus (15–35 passengers) works well for wedding guest shuttles, corporate groups, and airport transfers where you need maneuverability on suburban streets. A party bus (15–50 passengers) is built for celebrations — birthdays, bachelorette nights, prom — with onboard amenities designed for the ride itself. A charter bus (40–56 passengers) is the right pick for large groups traveling longer distances, with luggage storage and onboard restrooms for multi-hour trips.
If you're unsure, call 612-661-1670 and a support team can help you match the vehicle to your headcount and itinerary.
How far is Brooklyn Park from downtown Minneapolis, and does it affect pricing?
Brooklyn Park is roughly 12–15 miles from downtown Minneapolis via Highway 169 or I-94 — about 25–35 minutes in normal traffic, longer during the evening commute on I-94 heading east. That distance factors into the total hours needed for your rental, which affects your overall price. If your itinerary includes a downtown Minneapolis venue and return to Brooklyn Park, factor in at least an hour of travel time total when estimating how many hours you need.
Can I book a bus for a one-way trip from Brooklyn Park to MSP Airport?
Yes — one-way trips are available. For airport runs, the key is timing: Brooklyn Park to MSP via I-694 and I-494 typically runs 25–35 minutes outside rush hour, but the 494 corridor can back up significantly during morning and evening peak times. Allow extra buffer on early-morning departures and late-afternoon arrivals.
Call 612-661-1670 to get pricing for a one-way Brooklyn Park to MSP airport shuttle for your group.
Are there events in the Twin Cities that require booking further in advance?
Yes. The Minnesota State Fair (late August–early September) and Vikings home games (September–January) are the two biggest demand spikes in the metro. Prom season (late April–May) fills northwest metro buses fastest among Brooklyn Park schools — Osseo Senior High and Park Center typically hold proms within the same 3-week window.
For those dates, booking 3–6 months out is strongly advised. For most other events outside those windows, 4–6 weeks of lead time is workable, but earlier always means better pricing and more vehicle choice.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak-demand dates — prom (late April–May), State Fair (late August), Vikings games, New Year's Eve — book at least 3–6 months out. For weddings, 6–12 months is common given how far in advance venues are booked. For corporate events, concerts, and private parties outside peak season, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient.
The safest move: call 612-661-1670 as soon as your date is confirmed, even if you're still finalizing details. Getting pricing early costs nothing.
Popular Brooklyn Park Party Bus Destinations
Brooklyn Park groups regularly head to venues across the northwest metro and greater Twin Cities area. Here are six destinations that come up most often — with the logistics detail that actually helps you plan the trip.

Edinburgh USA Golf Course
Edinburgh USA (8700 Edinbrook Crossing, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443) is one of the most consistently rated public golf courses in Minnesota — a links-style layout designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. that hosts corporate outings, charity tournaments, and private events year-round. The clubhouse is used as a wedding reception and banquet venue on evenings and weekends, and its location within Brooklyn Park makes it a natural anchor for local group events. Parking on the property is available for standard vehicles, but large groups arriving in multiple cars still create congestion during tournament load-in.
A single charter bus or minibus drops the whole group at the clubhouse entrance and stages in the parking lot without the coordination overhead of a caravan. Call 612-661-1670 for pricing.

Grand Casino Arena
Grand Casino Arena (199 W Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102) is the home of the Minnesota Wild and one of the top-ranked concert venues in the country for mid-size touring acts. From Brooklyn Park, the drive runs about 35–40 minutes east on I-694 to I-94 — manageable until you're competing with 18,000 other fans leaving the same building at the same time. The arena's immediate neighborhood has limited self-park options, and ramps within two blocks fill during large events.
The Grand Casino Arena bus rental guide covers drop-off logistics and what to expect post-event in detail. A Brooklyn Park charter bus to Xcel keeps your group on one timeline and skips the postgame ramp wait entirely.

Target Field
Target Field (1 Twins Way, Minneapolis, MN 55403) sits in the North Loop neighborhood and seats over 38,000 for Twins games. Parking directly adjacent to the stadium is extremely limited — the closest ramp options charge $30–$45 on game nights and fill hours before first pitch on weekend games. The North Loop street grid around the stadium has several surface lots, but they're privately operated and prices vary widely.
For Brooklyn Park groups heading to a Twins game, a party bus or minibus drops everyone steps from Gate 34 on 5th Street North, skipping the ramp hunt entirely. Post-game rideshare demand in the North Loop spikes immediately after the final out, making a pre-arranged pickup far more reliable than flagging one down on 6th Avenue.

Mall of America
Mall of America (60 E Broadway, Bloomington, MN 55425) is the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the United States — 5.6 million square feet, an indoor theme park, an aquarium, and over 500 stores. From Brooklyn Park, it's about 30 miles south via I-494, and the drive is straightforward until you hit the Bloomington strip near the airport on a weekend afternoon. Parking at MOA is technically free in the attached ramps, but the ramps can back up badly during holiday weekends and special events, and the structure is large enough that finding your car afterward becomes its own exercise.
A Brooklyn Park bus rental to the Mall of America drops your group at a main entrance and picks everyone up at a set time — the full logistics breakdown is in the Mall of America transportation guide.

Allianz Field
Allianz Field (400 Snelling Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55104) is home to Minnesota United FC and holds 19,400 for MLS matches and special events. The stadium sits in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul at the corner of Snelling and University Avenues, an area with extremely limited surface parking — most of the lots within a few blocks are privately owned and fill on match days, with rates running $15–$30. Metro Transit's Green Line light rail runs along University Avenue with a station steps from the stadium, but for groups of 15 or more coming from Brooklyn Park, coordinating the train adds a transfer and significant walk time.
A direct charter bus to Allianz Field from Brooklyn Park handles the 35-minute drive and drops your group curbside on Snelling. Call 612-661-1670 for match-day pricing.

Stillwater, Minnesota
Stillwater sits about 40 miles east of Brooklyn Park along the St. Croix River — Minnesota's oldest city and one of the most popular day-trip and weekend destinations in the state. The downtown district along Main Street and Chestnut Street is packed with wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and riverfront views, and it draws enormous crowds during summer weekends and fall color season (late September–October). Downtown Stillwater's parking is notoriously tight — the Main Street corridor has metered street parking and a handful of small public lots, all of which fill by midday on a Saturday in peak season.
A party bus from Brooklyn Park drops your group on Chestnut Street and gives you the full run of downtown without the parking scramble. The Stillwater transportation guide covers the seasonal logistics in more detail.
